šŸ§† What is a Carvery? šŸ„˜

Writer's picture: Cathy MahonCathy Mahon

Today, we ate at a carvery... and it was SO GOOD!

A carvery is a buffet where joints are displayed and carved in front of you.

Carveries are usually found in pubs and in restaurants with traditional roast, potatoes, stuffing, vegetables, and brown bread. The meal is usually accompanied by different sauces, such as gravy, mint sauce, horseradish, tartar sauce, or even apple sauce.

šŸ‘©šŸ¼ā€šŸ³ Next time you come to Mon Petit Cottage, I strongly encourage you to eat at Reddy's, the oldest pub in Carlow..... And don't forget to add a tart and a MiWadi (TANG for our francophone readers) to your meal!

Delicious!!!!
