The "weather" is to Ireland, what "wine" is to France.... They go hand-in-hand.
Bunclody is located in the South Eastern part of the Island, most known as the "Sunny Southeast."
đ FACTS AND FICTION ABOUT THE IRISH WEATHER âď¸
1- Fiction: It rains all the time in Ireland.
Fact: YES, it rains quite a lot, BUT it rarely rains all day.
In fact, you could see a few drops at 7:00am and enjoy an incredible blue sky by 8:00am, or you could get caught under a storm by 6pm but witness the most beautiful sunset by 8pm....
2- Fiction: The weather is too cold in Ireland.
Fact: The climate is never cold but it is mild and temperate, with warm summers and mild winters.
So, when you come visit us, bring your shorts and teeshirts, but don't forget your jeans and sweatshirt.... just in case!
3- Fiction: The sun sets too early in that part of the world
Fact: Take a look at the following graph and get ready to enjoy daylight from 3:00am to 11:30pm all summer-long!!!
4- Fiction: Ireland is very windy....
Fact: Yes, Bunclody can get VERY windy!
Actually, I come from a country where the Mistral can reach 185 km/h.... But in Bunclody, the wind can blow even stronger at times!

5- Fiction: The weather will prevent me from enjoying the outdoors....
Fact: NO, NO, and NO!!!! To the contrary! You will love going outside under all weathers, and during all seasons!
